HOME SECURITY TIP – NO. 4

Motor Vehicle Theft. Always lock your car, and don’t leave car keys near the front door where they can easily be stolen by opportunistic thieves. Keep keys with you or in a secure location at all times. Seven out of ten cars are stolen with their keys!

Don’t tag keys with personal information, including name or address, and try to park in a secure car park when out and about. See lots more home security tips.

Home burglaries can be prevented if we take those few extra minutes to target harden our property. Do a quick check of your home security without moving out of your chair by taking the Secure Score,
